The Generals Report: 22-23 Agosto

Semana muy internacional en el circuito competitivo de Age of Sigmar: ocho Grandes Torneos repartidos entre Estados Unidos (dos), Francia (dos), Australia, Noruega, China y Canadá, con 188 jugadores y más de 2.000 partidas recogidas en las estadísticas agregadas. Y un dato poco habitual: seis de los ocho campeones cerraron su torneo con récord perfecto de 5-0.

Sons of Behemat, la facción de la semana. Se llevó dos de los ocho GTs, y las dos veces con la misma fórmula: subfacción Breaker Tribe. John Meier lo hizo en PHOGAPALOOZA (4-0-1) y Henrik Salomonsen repitió receta en King in the North con un 5-0. La facción también manda en las estadísticas semanales: 62,5% de winrate en 88 partidas, con el mejor balance de todo el meta esta semana (un 5-0 y tres 4-1).

Kharadron Overlords firmó el mejor winrate puro de la semana (72,2% en 36 partidas), y Ludwig Holstein lo demostró sobre la mesa ganando Bière & Marteau 2026, en Francia, con una lista muy aeronáutica. Justo detrás en winrate: Disciples of Tzeentch (57,7%, con Joe Krier ganando 2026 Midwest Madness en un 5-0 llevando a Skarbrand como Regimiento de Renombre) y Helsmiths of Hashut (56,3%).

El torneo más numeroso de la semana fue el GT solo AoS Goublins Villers-Bocage, en Francia, con 42 jugadores. Lo ganó Théodore «Ploup» Massou dit Bourdet con Daughters of Khaine (Coven of Blood) y un 5-0. Otros campeones invictos de la semana: Stuart Mccowan (Nighthaunt) en Ashes of the Arena GT y Jarod Brown (Hedonites of Slaanesh) en Ogopogo Open AOS GT, ambos con 5-0. El único otro campeón sin récord perfecto, junto a Sons of Behemat en PHOGAPALOOZA, fue Darren Petzer, que se impuso en el NctcAOS单人赛 chino con Skaven (4-0-1) pese a que la facción anda floja en las estadísticas generales (43,6%).

Arriba y abajo en las estadísticas. Además de Kharadron Overlords y Sons of Behemat, completan el top de winrates Sylvaneth (55,6%), Daughters of Khaine (54,4%) y Flesh-eater Courts (53,1%). En el otro extremo, Seraphon cierra la tabla con un pobre 35,6% en 87 partidas, seguida de Gloomspite Gitz (42,7%) y Nighthaunt (42,9%), esta última con la paradoja de haber ganado uno de los ocho GTs de la semana pese a su discreto rendimiento general. Cities of Sigmar sigue siendo la facción más jugada (39 jugadores), aunque esta semana se quedó sin título: su mejor resultado fue el subcampeonato de Daniel Dowell en 2026 Midwest Madness.
